The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and Centigy form Partnership

We are proud to announce a partnership with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the recruitment industry standards body for the UK.  

As of today, Centigy will provide advisory and consultancy services to REC and its members on recruitment technology. Centigy’s specialist areas include AI ethics and the upcoming regulation of recruitment technology. This partnership will see Centigy offer practical guidance to REC members on selecting the best recruitment technology to power their businesses.   

The latest recruitment tools have enabled recruiters to dramatically improve efficiencies and scale their businesses to new heights. However, not all recruitment tools treat everyone fairly. In some cases, AI automation can discriminate, which has a negative impact on candidates, recruiters and the brands who choose to use this technology.
