Kevin Butler
Kevin is passionate about ensuring that every person is given the best chance to succeed in their career. Through his dedication to improving Recruitment and HR software, Kevin has developed the Framework for AI Responsibility (FAIR) for his clients to follow when developing or using people software.
After spending almost two decades working for organisations such as IBM, SAP and Sage, Kevin gained invaluable knowledge of how the software industry works, how AI can impact people’s lives for the better, and the risks it poses. His work is quoted by news outlets around the world, including Forbes and Newsweek.
He advises the UK Gov, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), is co-host of ‘Investigating the Invisible’ podcast for 'We and AI', board member of the ‘People Tech’ group for ‘Global Tech Advocates' and is a regular keynote speaker for 'BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT'.
Kevin has also contributed to the AI research initiatives at Oxford Brookes University and Brunel Business School.
