To foster the development and adoption of human-centric, ethical, sustainable, AI HR applications
Unregulated Artificial Intelligence (AI) makes hiring and talent development decisions. There are little or no laws governing the development or usage of AI, only guidelines. As a result, trust in AI is justifiably low. In the world of Human Resources, AI can make and influence decisions that affect people's careers. "Bad" or biased AI left unchecked can be damaging for all those it affects (people, organisations and the economy). To compound the problem, the AI HR tech market is already saturated, which makes it increasingly difficult for organisations to decide which applications will work as intended.
We assess the extent to which a vendor complies with the seven trust principles based on the systems and processes in place. We believe that our service of independent audit and maturity model based certification will influence the positive evolution of AI HR applications. In doing so, we will lay the foundation upon which all those using or affected by AI HR systems can trust that their design, development and use are fair, ethical and for the benefit of humanity.
